MTV ROADIES, The Youth Show

We’re quite sure that very few are unaware of The Roadies. The youth show, as it may be described,  MTV Roadies is always in the reality play. Even though most of us are aware of it, but a presentation inspired the fame of MTV Roadies, was on the cards. In fact, it is one of the most popular reality shows in India. A blend of unique concepts and harsh rules, Roadies is such a joy to watch. The show was first aired in 2003. The show consists in the division of contestants into different gangs. The gangs participates different tasks which throttle their physical and mental abilities. Vote outs, vote ins, love, anger, hatred, eliminations, unity and twists are the main highlights of the show.

                        The set-up of roadies was the idea of Raghu and Rajiv. Those two mighty entrepreneurs took roadies to an alpha level. Their idea of roadies was accepted as an experimental project by MTV back in 2000. Right now, it is the one of the longest running reality show on the Indian television network. Raghu and Rajiv left roadies on a high note and are presently starting up a new show named “MTV Dropouts”.

                        For those who are unaware of MTV Dropouts, it’s a show where people possessing entrepreneurship skills are selected from various parts of India in order to start up an ideal business project. College dropouts are gathered from various parts of the country and are groomed and trained to be better entrepreneurs of the generation. So,  Let’s get back to roadies again.

    So why is Roadies so popular?? What makes it better than the rest?? It’s the roadie spirit and the fame and exposure and harsh training one gets and survives throughout a season of the show. Talking about the fame, one name that comes to our mind is “RANVIJAY SINGH”, ‘The Face of The Roadies’. He was the winner of Roadies season 1. Right now he hosts Roadies, Splitsvilla and he is a film actor and a presenter.

            Ayushmann Khuranna. His name is enough to give you a clear indication to which field he belongs. He is an actor, singer and a VJ in the entertainment industry. He got huge fame after winning the roadies 2nd season. From then, his life has changed and is a star in the Bollywood industry.

                        There are actually many who participated in roadies and made their carrier out of it. Ultimately, Roadies is a platform where one can showcase their extraordinary talents and be a star in their coming future. Here goe the motto, “Be a Roadie”.
