The sun's strength was at its peak that day. The area was new to the ferocious rage of the sun. The soil was moisture-less and the little green attached to their water drawing device was veiled by a dusty sheet. The vehicles were constantly running, blowing their unstoppable horns due to the traffic formed because of the narrowness in the highway.
The present scenerio is completely different from the one that existed few years ago. A few years back, the blazing rays of the sun were hardly allowed to pass through the thick canopies forming a roof by the age old trees. The ends of the road were met by the canopies. The flowers from the trees laid down a welcome carpet of vibrant colours creating a mesmerizing vista of a unique dimension of natural beauty .
But the area is now subject to development. It's in the doorway of development. The Express Highway is about to run through them. The trees with the best adjective 'valuable' are chopped down for development.
The irony is that when at focusing on development of the nation, the environment or the nature is ignored highly. The nature is derogated for the sake of development of nation and economy.
The shrubs are planted as a separation of the lanes to compensate to the loss of the valuable trees. The water tanks are made available to water the dusty land but that's merely enough to wet the land. The diseases spread as fast as possible which are not taken as a subject under 'welfare'.
Behind development a lot of problems have bloomed up which has again shattered the economy or the nation. The rehabilitation problem has raised the unemployed level. Though wealth is provided but we doubt the notion of the lost space. As a consequence they are bound to occupy some mountain or some river side areas again leading to a lot of problems. Then though one side of the scheme seems optimistic but the opposite side is in complete darkness. To facilitate development, is it necessary to entitle problems to the victims of lost space. Is it necessary to victimize some in order to retain the peakness of development. We look forward to your views in the comments section.
